Agentzia and AgentCouch are products of Morphologic AI Inc.

01

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Agentzia and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. It applies to everything you, your users, and your authorized agents or MCP clients submit or do through the Service.

You are responsible for actions taken through your account. If an agent or client acting under your authorization violates this policy, that is your violation.

02

Prohibited content

You may not submit, store, request analysis of, or cause the Service to retrieve content that:

  • is illegal or promotes, instructs, or facilitates illegal activity;
  • you do not have the right or lawful authority to submit or process;
  • infringes intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights;
  • contains child sexual abuse material or sexualizes minors;
  • is harassing, threatening, hateful, or incites violence against a person or protected group;
  • contains malware, ransomware, destructive exploit code, credential theft, or other payloads intended to cause harm; or
  • contains secrets, regulated information, or another person's confidential or personal information that you have no right to process.
03

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access. Do not probe, access, read, or alter other accounts, guest runs, reports, tokens, provider systems, or infrastructure without permission.
  • Manipulate the analysis system. Do not submit prompt injection, hidden instructions, adversarial payloads, or poisoned content intended to override model instructions, extract system prompts or provider secrets, falsify traces, or cause unintended tool actions.
  • Abuse research tools or third-party sites. Do not use Agentzia to scrape unlawfully, bypass access controls, generate abusive traffic, scan for vulnerabilities, harass a site operator, or violate restrictions that apply to you.
  • Evade credits or limits. Do not farm promotional credits, create deceptive duplicate accounts, tamper with checkout or webhooks, circumvent rate or content limits, or run tight automated loops that degrade the Service.
  • Use output for prohibited high-impact profiling. Do not use the Service to make decisions about a person's employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal status, or access to essential services.
  • Misrepresent identity or evidence. Do not impersonate another person or organization, misstate your authority over submitted content, or present a report as independently certified, guaranteed, or human-authored when it is not.
  • Circumvent regional restrictions. Do not use a VPN, proxy, false address, or other means to access the Service from a region where it is not offered.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, benchmark for a competing service, resell, sublicense, or disrupt the Service except as permitted by law or by our written authorization.
  • Violate sanctions or export law. Do not use the Service for or on behalf of prohibited persons, organizations, or locations.
04

Security research

Good-faith security testing is welcome only with our prior written authorization and within the scope we approve. Do not access other users' data, run availability tests, degrade the Service, test third-party providers through our account, or publicly disclose an issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it.

Report a vulnerability to agentziadev@gmail.com with enough detail to reproduce and assess it.

05

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may reject or remove content, throttle requests, disable tokens, suspend analyses, withhold abusive output, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report illegal activity to providers or authorities.

We may act without notice where reasonably necessary to address ongoing abuse, security risk, harm, provider requirements, or legal exposure. We are not obligated to monitor every submission, public page, model trace, or report.

06

Reporting abuse and changes

Report illegal content, abuse, or an AUP violation to agentziadev@gmail.com. Include the relevant run URL or identifier and enough detail for us to investigate. Do not include secrets or unrelated personal information in the report.

We may update this AUP. Material changes will be posted with a new effective or last-updated date. Continued use after changes take effect means the updated policy applies.
